Regarding video storytelling tools: with the advent of Windows 7, the old Windows Movie Maker tool was replaced by the less capable Windows Live Movie maker. I found a way to get the Windows Vista version onto Windows 7. http://movies.blainesville.com/2010/05/installing-windows-movie-maker-60-on.html
